Job Description

As our company continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Human Resources Executive with 3 to 5 years of working experience in HR to assist the Group Finance and Administration Manager in handling the company’s growing human resources needs. While not requiring the person to have any specific degree, the person should have at least a university degree and with knowledge of labour laws and regulation as well as experience in handling payroll, managing the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.

While technical knowledge is important, we are even more concern with the personality of the candidate. As a dynamic and forward-looking company, we seek a person who would like to want to learn new things all the times and set new challenges and targets for him/herself. While guidance and support as well as internal and external training will be provided, we expect the person to be pro-active and highly motivated.

As for remuneration, other than the basic salary, we will also give 13th month bonus, performance bonus and other incentives as well as various staff benefits that is similar to those in the industry.

Key requirements

  • 3 to 5 years working experience in the areas of HR matters.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in handling payroll and foreign labour
  • Well verse with labour laws and regulations
  • Ability to work Independently as well as to lead a team when necessary.

Plus points

  •  Experience in Property and/or Construction industries.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin for communication with China counterparts

 Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
