General admin duties including answering phone calls / whatsapp messages / emails
Provide administrative support and HR operation function to the company
Compile and update company staff records, personal details, etc..
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, performance evaluations etc.)
Scanning, typing, photocopying and filing of documents
Undertake ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned by management
Proficient in English and Bahasa (Tamil and Mandarin, or any other languages will be an advantage)
Working hours: Monday - Friday : 8:30am-5:30pm (inclusive of 1 hour break), Saturday : 8:30am-1:00pm
Requirements:
At least 1 year working experience in related field is required
At minimum, basic knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Presentation, Outlook, Word)
Strong command in English is a MUST
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Particular for precision and accuracy
Confident, willing to learn and perseverance
Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work under pressure and multitask
Have basic knowledge in social media usage (tech savvy)
Able to start immediately will be an added advantage
