Job Description

Job Requirement:

  • General admin duties including answering phone calls / whatsapp messages / emails
  • Provide administrative support and HR operation function to the company
  • Compile and update company staff records, personal details, etc..
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, performance evaluations etc.)
  • Scanning, typing, photocopying and filing of documents
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned by management
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa (Tamil and Mandarin, or any other languages will be an advantage)
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday : 8:30am-5:30pm (inclusive of 1 hour break), Saturday : 8:30am-1:00pm

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year working experience in related field is required
  • At minimum, basic knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Presentation, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong command in English is a MUST
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Particular for precision and accuracy
  • Confident, willing to learn and perseverance
  • Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work under pressure and multitask
  • Have basic knowledge in social media usage (tech savvy)
  • Able to start immediately will be an added advantage
