Merchandiser Assistant

• Responsible for allocation & replenish of stock to outlets
• To monitor stock movement, markdowns, inter-outlet transfers, promotions or clear outs etc.
• To update stock level and replenishment of stock
• Work closely with warehouse team to oversee delivery and distribution of stock on time
• Assist in submission of sales reports and stock balance
• Work closely with Merchandising Manager in compiling stock consolidation report and other related reports
• Handle outlets’ enquiries pertaining to stock issues

Requirements

1. Candidate with minimum SPM certificate/diploma or degree in Business or any other fields
2. Those with similar working exposure in Retail industry will be an added advantage.
3. Analytical, strong market sensibility & goal setter
4. Highly motivated and committed towards task given
5. Computer literate especially in Excel.
6. Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia & English and preference for those with knowledge of Mandarin (liaison with overseas suppliers).
