Graduate Apprentice - HR/Recruitment (Subang Jaya)

4. Participating in employee relations activities, including handling employee inquiries, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive work environment.

5. Supporting performance management processes, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and employee development plans.

6. Assisting with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and managing HR databases.
