Group International Finance Director (Singapore/Malaysia/Taiwan)

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with English-speaking investors and analysts
• Act as the group's representative in communications with sponsors, listing advisors, brokers, and lawyers in Singapore and the UK
• Research regulatory and compliance requirements for the Singapore Exchange (SGX) and London Stock Exchange (LSE) to ensure global market compliance
• Establish and manage financial and accounting departments in newly established subsidiaries worldwide, ensuring consistency and regulatory compliance in financial reporting
• Support the integration of new subsidiaries globally, assisting the group in expansion and diversification efforts
• Participate in strategy planning, evaluation, due diligence, negotiation, and execution of potential acquisitions
• Assist the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in financial-related tasks
• Participate in and support the preparation of the group’s financial reports

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in finance or accounting from a university in an English-speaking country
• Work experience at one of the Big Four accounting firms, with a background in international auditing or financial management

Basic Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in English-speaking countries
• At least 2 years of experience as a finance or accounting manager in a listed company
• Over 10 years of relevant work experience
• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), able to effectively communicate with overseas investors and partners
• Fluent in Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), able to collaborate with internal teams and domestic partners
• Willingness to travel as needed

Location: Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan

Salary range: RM35K-RM60K per month
