Overall Salary RM4200!!! ,Cantonese,Mandarin & English Customer Service Specialist!! LRT Reachable!

Benefits: 

  • Working hours will be Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 6 pm & Saturday, 9 am - 1 pm. Sunday fixed off day (the other off day depends on company arrangements) 
  • Company benefits include EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc 
  • You will be entitled to 12 days annual leave and 14 days sick leave (calculated on a pro-rata basis). 
  • The company provides paid training for 1 month. 
  • Salary up to RM4,200 (basic salary RM4,000 + KPI RM200). 

Requirements: 

  • Candidate must have at least an SPM education level or equivalent 
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English  
  • Must be willing to work in the PJ area office, LRT station is reachable. 
  • Start date will be NOV 18 

Responsibilities: 

  • Outgoing calls mainly involve confirming details with relevant parties or companies (e.g., reaching the location of the printer repair company, coordinating with repair personnel). 
  • Handle incoming calls, outgoing calls, emails, and online chats from customers, providing prompt and courteous responses. 
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, and address customer issues and complaints with patience and professionalism. 
  • Stay updated on the company's products, services, and policies to offer informed assistance.
