Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Scopes :
Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Supports the sales team by processing orders, managing sales documentation, and
coordinating with the warehouse and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support to maintain
client satisfaction.
Assist in organizing promotional activities, sales campaigns, and events.
Assist in the preparation of reports, and other documentation.
