Job Requirements :

  • SPM, diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Scopes :

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
  • Supports the sales team by processing orders, managing sales documentation, and
  • coordinating with the warehouse and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support to maintain
  • client satisfaction.
  • Assist in organizing promotional activities, sales campaigns, and events.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, and other documentation.
