Job Description

The Requirements:-

  • Bachelor's Degree in Banking / Finance / Economics / Business Administration / Accounting or related discipline;
  • Minimum 15 years work experience in related fields including 10 years in senior managerial position in financial sector;
  • Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practises;
  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • Ability to critically analyse and interpret financial, accounting and business information;
  • Leadership and human resource management skills;
  • Results driven and customer focused;
  • Practical knowledge in banking operations and financial systems;
  • Familiarity with financial industry's rules and regulations; and
  • Possesses good working knowledge of AMLA, PDPA and all other statutory compliance requirement, and ISO Management System.
