Quantity Surveyor - QS (Kuala Lumpur)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team in the Building/Construction/Property industry. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of relevant working experience and a strong interest in construction cost management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing estimates, budgets, and cost plans for construction projects
- Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements
- Analyze and evaluate construction costs
- Assist in preparing tender documents and contracts
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure cost efficiency
- Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Assist in resolving cost-related issues and discrepancies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- 0-3 years of working experience in the Building/Construction/Property industry, Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of construction cost management principles and practices
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines

Able to Communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM 4,500.00 ( Depends on work experience)
