Job Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, providing a welcoming atmosphere and addressing their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the store's products, including features, benefits, and trends, to effectively advise customers.
  • Sales Support: Actively promote and sell accessories, meeting individual and team sales goals through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with stock management, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting inventory counts.
  • Visual Merchandising: Help maintain appealing product displays and store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately handle cash register operations, process transactions, and manage returns/exchanges.

Job Requirement

  • Extroverted Personality: Comfortable engaging with customers and effectively promoting our products.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in both English and Malay, with the ability to clearly convey information and build rapport.
  • Strong Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Discipline & Integrity: Demonstrated reliability and honesty in all work-related activities.
  • Work Schedule: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday), Public Holiday
  • Work Hours: Able to work from 9 AM to 7 PM
