Objectives of this role

  • Develop, execute, and oversee a business marketing & sales strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings
  • Maintain positive professional relationships with clients 
  • Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met

Responsibilities – Service Developer, Home Owner (High end project)

  • Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
  • Promote the company’s products (I.e. Kitchen cabinet & wardrobe, built-in furniture, design & build services for show units and sales galleries) to prospective clients 
  • To plan, develop, implement and strike for achieving the sales target set by the Management
  • To identify and explore new business opportunities, formulate business plans and devise innovative marketing strategies for market diversification
  • To attend to and handle all the project enquiries with comprehensive responses
  • Manage and support sales team to handle all customer inquiries, visits, negotiations and follow up action
  • Cultivate strong relationship and rapport with existing and potential clients / developers and other stakeholders
  • To prepare and submit quotation to clients and ensure timely collection of sales payment
  • Represent the company in tender interview and design presentation, collaborating with the design team
  • Collaborate closely with design team and project team to ensure smooth completion of secured project
  • Provide continuous, constructive feedback to project and design team
  • Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
  • Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven record of sales growth 
  • Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
  • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques 
  • Strong communication and public relationship
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills 
  • Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
