Role Objectives: Support the company’s operational functions by fulfilling office-related tasks
Role Responsibilities:
• Sales operations and support: Staff is to handle the sales operation (enquiries, quotations, delivery orders, invoicing, acknowledging purchase orders) as directed by customer needs and/or management
• Office administrative tasks: Staff is to handle administrative duties in the office such as documentation and resource management
• Others, e.g. filing of documentations, and other office work.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- School leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin knowledge is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
Starting salary RM 1800 (negotiable)
