Network IT Support (Penang Island)

- Working period: 1 year contract
- Location: Penang Island
- Job vacancy: 2
- Allowance: RM4,000 - RM4,500 per month

SOW :
1. Hardware
- Identifying and isolating equipment problems, resolving equipment problem, restoring equipment to operations,

2. Network Administration Services
- Knowledge in troubleshooting VLAN, VPN, Router, load balencer, modem, firewall, swotched and any other network q=equioment / technologies tha in use

3. Network
- Identify and resolve network related issues
- Network documentation
- Escalate any issue that need immediate attention.

4. Other Task
- IT assets information are properly maintained and up to date
- Ensure relevant patches are applied

5. Report
- Prepare report detailing the status of network with all appropriate information, identify any issues and propose recommandations.

Requirement:
Network engineer is required to have the following experience:
(a) Excellent network troubleshooting skills and techniques.
(b) Excellent experience with firewalls, SonicWall firewall, Cisco routers, HP switches, 3COM switches and other industry standard network equipment. Participating vendor shall include relevant certification(s).
(c) Excellent knowledge on VLAN, advanced network/switching/routing setup and configuration, firewall policies, VPN, redundant network connectivity, failover, etc.
(d) Excellent communication skills with technical and/or non-technical persons.
(e) Fluent communication in Bahasa Melayu and English.
