Barista (Dengkil)

• Preparing beverages such as coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages , including grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and work area, including counters and equipment.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of beverages by adhering to company standards and recipes.
• Conduct regular checks on the freshness and quality of coffee beans, milk, and other ingredients.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Handle and process payments accurately, including using a point-of-sale (POS) system.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle transactions and resolve issues.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
