REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
JOB SCOPE :
- Train and develop staffs on customer service best practices and café policies.
- Recruit, hire, and staff, fostering a collaborative and effective team.
- Responsible for handling employees' complaints, conflicts, and suggestions to maintain a positive working environment.
- Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and other operational data.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders and managing suppliers as needed.
