Job Description

  • Collaborate closely with a dynamic and visionary CEO to provide strategic support and implement his vision effectively.
  • Prepare briefings, talking points, presentations, and proposals for both internal and external customers.
  • Offer strategic advice and practical support to ensure the CEO’s vision is realized.
  • Participate in meetings and project groups, accurately representing the CEO’s views when necessary.
  • Contribute to the efficient operation of the CEO's office, including managing the diary and correspondence.
  • Organize travel arrangements and logistics for the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Lead and manage special projects as assigned by the CEO, coordinating internal teams to achieve objectives.
  • Anticipate needs, think critically, and provide high-level solutions with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Provide hospitality to guests and foster a welcoming environment.
  • Serve as the primary contact among executives, employees, customers, and external partners, ensuring efficient information flow.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide regular updates to the CEO.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Secretaryship.
  • 8-10 years of experience, with additional skills in project management and store events being advantageous.
  • Demonstrate resilience and flexibility, managing a fast-paced and ever-changing workload with ease.
  • Exhibit a proactive, ingenious, and creative approach to solving challenges.
  • Quickly produce well-presented and coherent written and visual materials.
  • Possess an outgoing, helpful disposition with the ability to interact with others respectfully and diplomatically.
  • Strong English language communication skills.
  • Demonstrate financial literacy and numeracy skills.
