Position: Homestay Operator Internship
Location: Tanjung Bungah, Penang Island

Job Scope:

-Welcoming Guests upon arrival and ensuring a smooth check in process

- Addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and courteously 

- Obtaining guest reviews and ensuring a smooth check-out process

- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract guests

- Managing social media and online presence 

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification and basic skill in computer (eg, excel, word and email)
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a plus point
• Must have own transport
