Job Description

  • Assisting accounts department by doing data entry, data management and record keeping.
  • To ensure daily accounts function and datelines are met
  • Assist to organize and archive records and documents
  • To take responsibilities for general administrative duties
  • To undertake clerical tasks such as typing, filing and handling email.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision and/or tight deadline while multitasking.
  • Demonstrates proactive behavior and takes initiatives
  • Performing any other duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about office operations and updated daily report.
  • Ensure completeness, accurate, valid and timely reporting.
  • Greeting clients and visitors
  • Ordering office supplies and other common use items, stationery stocks

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Certificate/Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Preferably candidate proficient in Mandarin, English and BM
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office - MS WORD, EXCEL & POWER POINT
  • Have positive learning attitude, independent and responsible person
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fast learner
  • Able to work hard and work under pressure
