- Assisting accounts department by doing data entry, data management and record keeping.
- To ensure daily accounts function and datelines are met
- Assist to organize and archive records and documents
- To take responsibilities for general administrative duties
- To undertake clerical tasks such as typing, filing and handling email.
- Able to work under minimal supervision and/or tight deadline while multitasking.
- Demonstrates proactive behavior and takes initiatives
- Performing any other duties as assigned from time to time.
- Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about office operations and updated daily report.
- Ensure completeness, accurate, valid and timely reporting.
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Ordering office supplies and other common use items, stationery stocks
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Certificate/Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Preferably candidate proficient in Mandarin, English and BM
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office - MS WORD, EXCEL & POWER POINT
- Have positive learning attitude, independent and responsible person
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fast learner
- Able to work hard and work under pressure
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
