Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all Payroll transactions are processed efficiently for our crews.
  • Collecting, calculating and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
  • Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability and non-taxable wages and reporting on this.
  • Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income, social security taxes, employer’s social security, unemployment and workers compensation payments if necessary.
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies.
  • Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
  • Assist in our crew manning arrangements if necessary.
  • Performed any other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirement

  • Must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource or related field of study.
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office applications.
  • At least 1 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in payroll.
  • Able to work independently, good team player with effective time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of management and operational employees.
