Job Description
- Managing, structuring and executing corporate finance and investment exercises for the Company.
- Group, which may encompass, amongst others, review of capital structure, acquisitions and divestments and debt and equity capital market transactions.
- Manage external parties ranging from lawyers, corporate secretary, investment banks and regulators in analysing and structuring proposals, as well as engage and liaise with the external advisers to prepare reports, transaction structures, announcements, circular and make recommendations to the Board of Directors.
- Ensure timely debt servicing and compliance of covenants under various financing agreements (together with Group Treasury) for Banking Facilities and Corporate Finance Transactions.
- Coordinating with other Financial Controller for the preparation of financing cash flow projections/analysing evaluating funding proposals.
- To perform ad-hoc tasks or special project as assigned by the Financial Controller or Chief Financial Officer.
- Ad hoc analysis of acquisitions and business decision support.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CFA/MBA/CA qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 8 year's experience in the relevant investment banking or corporate finance field.
- Experience with cash management and forecasting
- Experience of managing corporate lending reporting requirements from either the lending or lender side
- Good knowledge on legal implication of corporate exercise, structuring and M&A exercise
- Able to commit to meeting hard deadlines
