Job Description

1. Greeting and Seating: Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and guide them to their tables. Provide menus and explain any special features of the day.
2. Order Taking: Listen attentively to customers’ orders, accurately record them, and relay the information to the kitchen staff.
3. Serving Food and Beverages: Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy.
4. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, answer questions about the menu, provide recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
5. Check Processing: Prepare checks, process payments, and return change or credit card receipts to customers. Handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
6. Cleanliness and Maintenance: Keep the dining area clean and tidy, including tables, chairs, and surrounding areas. Ensure that all safety and health regulations are followed.
