Candidate must possess at least a LCCI or Degree in accounting or equivalent.
Min 1 year of experience in similar position.
Computer literate and proficient in Ms Office (Excel and Word). Familiarity with UBS system is an advantage.
Tasks & responsibilities
Responsible for assisting handle full set accounts.
Liaise with banks on banking transactions.
Assign and process petty cash and expenses claims by admin.
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of variety monthly financial reports.
Prepare payment vouchers, debit note, credit note, statement of accounts etc.
Liaise with external parties such as auditor, tax agent and banker.
Assign and process sales invoice/ billing and day to day payment by admin
Manages cash flow and cash budget for the company.
