Job Description

Minimum Advance/Higher/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent with high interpersonal skill.

At least 1 – 2 year(s) working experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate or similar industry.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Mandarin and English, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, especially in documentation and record-keeping.

Knowledge of legal procedures and documentation related to tenancy agreements and business licenses is advantageous.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range:

RM 2500 - RM 3000
