HR Executive - Payroll (Bangsar)
Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Location: Office is based Bangsar Working hours: 8.30am - 6pm (Monday to Friday) Salary: RM1800 - RM2500 Employment Status: Permanent
Responsibilities:
End-to-end payroll processing including calculate and compute employees’ salary, OT, allowances, claims and etc.
Process monthly salary and ensure salary is paid out to all the employees accurately and timely.
Key-in and update employees’ details in the system.
Register EPF, SOCSO and income tax for employees.
Prepare statutory contribution such as EPF, SOCSO and income tax for submission in a timely manner. Ensure practices are in compliance to the standard set by local authorities.
Send out e-payslips to employees.
Prepare yearly EA forms.
Attend and solve employees’ enquiries with regards to salary pay-out.
Prepare monthly invoices after the salary paid out. Respond and solve clients’ enquiries pertaining to billing.
Advise employees on SOCSO claim procedures and submit to the authority in a timely manner.
Prepare reports according to clients’ requirement.
Maintain an orderly database and filing system.
Perform other administrative works as and when required.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess minimum Degree in Human Resource/Business Administration/Accounting.
Minimum one year relevant working experience.
Able to handle average 250 to 350 headcount.
Fresh graduates can be considered.
Must be willing to work in Bangsar (accessible by LRT and walking distance from LRT station)
