Job Description

Location: Office is based in Menara Dayabumi

Salary: RM2200 - RM2500

Employment Status: 1 contract contract (Renewable basis)

Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma holder
  • Pleasant appearance and good spoken English

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to guests/visitors and ensure compliance to the Visitor Management policies and procedures at all times.
  • Prepare event/function signage every morning for easy reference.
  • Take note of daily events/functions/meetings held from the online room booking system.
  • Lock all Conference Rooms and Meeting Rooms after event/function/meeting to ensure the safety of all equipment.
  • Attend to staff/guest’ requests with regards to the facilities in the room (e.g. projector, screen, etc.).
  • Keep the remote controls of the projectors and equipment safely.
  • Attend to internal or external calls timely and with polite and courteous voice
