Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable invoices and prepare payments
  • Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and collections
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Prepare reports and assist with financial analysis as needed
  • Provide support to project claims
  • Basic administrative documentation

Qualifications:

  • Certification/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in accounting or finance roles in developer/construction company preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
