Sales Agronomist (Sibu)

Job Requirement :

• Diploma or Degree in Agriculture
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience is an advantage
• Able to work independently
• Able to drive pickup (FWD) to plantation
• Able to conduct demo plots
• Able to communicate well with customers

Job Scope :

• Strengthen customer business plans, profitably and sustainably
• Develop interpersonal relationships with farmers, researchers, end users or consultants with emphasis on collaboration and promotion of product
• Integrate and position proprietary products into customer business plans
• Initiate sales contact, understand customer needs and present applicable products
• Increase customer based and grow sales volume
• Plan and carry out test plots for products at farms on a variety of crops
• Able to work additional hours to meet business demands
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
• Demonstrate leadership experience in agriculture or a combination of education and work experience
