Job Description

  • Achieve net placement of vending machines in current customer base and aggressively penetrate new accounts.
  • Aggressively penetrate new and competitors’ accounts to further expand vending business.
  • Maximize yield in vending machines by ensuring that nonperforming machines are re-deployed to better locations.
  • Attend to all customer's products and service complaint and resolve them with customers.
  • Work closely technical department, operations unit and internal QC departments.
  • Submit weekly/monthly forecast and placement report.
  • Communicating with the sales team and business managers to keep and grow accounts.
  • Conducting competitive marketing analysis to build a sales strategy to secure new business.
  • Familiarising with products and services offered by the company.
  • Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs.
  • Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up.
  • Duty as assigned by the Manager from time to time.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma.
  • Able to communicate well and possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience (Sales in vending preferred but not necessary).
  • FMCG experience will be added value.
  • Language proficiency, Presentation and Leadership Qualities.
  • Skills: Ms Excel, data analysis and market trends, Client relationship management abilities, Sales Expertise.
