Leasing and Tenancy Executive (Kuching Sarawak)

Minimum 2-5 years of relevant working experience in leasing.

Graduate / Postgraduate degree in business administration would be preferable.

Job Scope:

Preparing & processing the Tenancy Agreement for tenants.

Liaise with tenants and public on a regular basis on day to day operation matters.

Ensure that tenants adhere to Mall Management’s operation guidelines.

Attend to tenants’ requests and feedback/ complaints.

Liaise with Marketing, as well as Leasing department on tenants relations matters.

To provide administrative support and/or correspondence internally and others as when needed.

Any ad hoc tasks assigned by the MD and Management.

Salary Range: RM3,500 - RM4,000
