Job Description

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Process  requests for sales quotations, sales invoices, and outgoing purchase orders.
  • Process and monitor outgoing sales quotations and sales invoices.
  • Check data accuracy in quotations, orders, and invoices (both sales and purchase documents).
  • Review project documents and supplementary documents to ensure company standards are adhered to.
  • Assist in Business Development process.

Education:

Diploma or other equivalent certification in Finance/ Accounting/ Banking/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or Marketing. All qualifications will be considered. 

Students of Finance/ Accounting/ Banking/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or Marketing are welcome to apply for internship placement.
