Plastic Injection Moulding Engineer/Technician (Bandar Sri Sendayan)

• Setup and mold installation, input parameter and pre-production adjustments and start-up moulding machine operation.
• Troubleshooting and adjustments of machine parameter if there's product quality issue.
• Maintenance and upkeep of machineries, tooling, equipment, jigs and fixture.
• Record moulding data.
• Arrange machine set-up, mould testing, mould set-up and mould maintenance.
• To perform change of mold and insert.
• Increase efficiency and reduce machine downtime
• Mold cleaning and maintenance
• Able to test new tooling with setting optimum molding parameter.
• Coordinate with QC personnel on product quality confirmations and issues.
• Provide technical support/ training to junior technician.
• Able to operate borche bi200-M injection machines is an added advantage.
• Able to work rotational day/night shift is an added advantage.
• those have mold repair, mold adjust, mold maintenance experience

Job Requirement

• Minimum 1 - 3 years machine experience in injection moulding.
• Has hands on experience on mould change, machine set up, troubleshoot and production planning.
• Good knowledge of plastic quality standard.
• Willing to traveling to China for related machine training is an added advantage.
• Good in attitude, aggressive in learning new things.
