Job Description

  • To validate the GL from company and ensure correct Debtor code is allocated.
  • Ensure that all Guarantee Letter is received
  • To follow up Guarantee Letter with company
  • To ensure the supporting document are safe kept.
  • Basic customer service skills and acknowledgeable.
  • Key in patient details for in patient registration
  • Ability to communicate with patients and meet their expectations.
  • Able to communicate professionally with company and insurance company
  • Basic customer service skill and well verse upon hospital information
  • To process and follow up initial Guarantee Letter (GL)
  • To perform any others relevant duties as and when required by superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma with at least 1 year of cash handling experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • Highly meticulous and possess good accuracy
  • Service oriented, good interpersonal skill with a willingness to perform repeatable assignments and tasks
  • Applicants must be willing to work in accordance with the hospital's Clinical hours
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Willing to work under 2 shift (Morning 9am - 5pm & Evening 2pm - 10pm)
