Job Description

• Issue, print and email purchase order to supplier and schedule time of delivery. (make phone calls laising with suppliers and others.)
• Checking documents
• Carry out any other responsibilities delegated by the Senior and above.
• Responsible for general admin and purchasing works
• To perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
• Handle application of new business license and renewal of licenses for respective business locations

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
• Good communication skills, written as well as verbal.
• Required Language (s) : English , Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to contribute to and work effectively within a team environment.
• Willing to take on additional tasks as required and learn new skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with experience will be advantages
