​Job Description:
  • To perform all front reception duties which includes attending to all clients/visitor and dealing with enquiries at the reception counter.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls and correspondence and taking down of messages.
  • Attending to all courier and dispatch services internally and externally.
  • Receiving of all mails/documents record accordingly before distribution to the person in charge.
  • Ensure that the reception area is clean and tidy at all times.
  • Assist in  other general office admin works.
Job Requirements:
  • SPM  or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year working experience in reception.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant and friendly personality.
