Job Description:

  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Answer all incoming calls.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Update daily documents, filling & courier logistic arrangement.
  • Required language(s): English / Bahasa Malaysia/Chinese
Job Requirements
  • Experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
  • Knowledge in office management systems and procedures.
  • Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
