Job Description:

Administrative Assistant
Location: Seksyen U1, Shah Alam
Job task:
-          Provide administrative support to company personnel
-          Ability to effectively communicate via email and includes screen and transfer inbound calls or in their absence to record and to accurately relay the messages to them
-          Handle requests for information / data and attend to customers’ queries professionally
-          Maintain the showroom to ensure that it is kept tidy and neat at all times
-          General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
-          Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
-          Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
-          Schedule and coordinate meetings, trainings and travel arrangements
-          Maintain office supply inventories
-          Coordinate maintenance of office and equipment
-          Assist in other ad-hoc administrative jobs as and when required
Qualification & Requirement:
-          Min SPM
-          Preferably with at least one (1) year working experience in the similar position
-          Computer Literate and Proficiency in Ms Word, Ms Excel
-          Presentable, pleasant personality and good customer service etiquette
-          Good command of verbal and written in Bahasa Malaysia & English
-          Self-motivated and able to work independently
Working Hours: 09:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
