Job Description:

Admin Clerk

- To handle the incoming email, inquiries and calls.
- Prepare quotation, purchase order, delivery order and invoice.
- Arrange the incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Daily to do Filing.
- To Prepare Internal report.
- Key in Data Entries.
- To handle customers enquiries.

Job Requirements:

- Possess Diploma/Certificate in Business Admin or any related field.
- Computer Skills: MS OFFICE.
- Have 1 Year experience working in administration background.
- Possess Own Transportation.
- Can work on Saturdays.
- Good Spoken/Written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Have good communication skills.
- With or Without experience.
- Salary depend on working experience.
- Training Provided.
- Good typing skills.
- Can wok indedependently.
- Hardworking and Willing to Learn.
- Able to start work immediately.
