Job Description:

  • To coordinate between clients businesses requirements and communicate within internal department on all administration duty.
  • Assists in preparing quotation, letters, invoices and reports compilation to clients in response to the requirements that lead to the completion of tasks.
  • Prepares booking arrangement for accommodation and flights for team building, seminar and business trips.
  • Compiles and update monthly staffs’ organization chart to superior.
  • Compiles and coordinate regional meeting attendance list, company’s events and staffs’ training schedules.
  • Handles and tracking staffs’ uniforms.
  • Keep full and accurate records and documentation
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks given by superior.
Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Certificate / Diploma in any discipline and preferable with 1 year working experience as Admin/Marketing Coordinator.
  • Preferably female with good communication skills and presentable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications like excel, word, PowerPoint etc.
