Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Focus on voice channels to retrieve and revert to customer queries and will be an expert in social media/online applications and resolving issues and concerns of customers.
  • Able to maintain the balance between a customer’s requirements and business objectives and able to demonstrate sales and marketing techniques.
  • Able to articulate and demonstrate information related to the products and/or any other tasks assigned to you from time to time.
  • Professionally handle inquiries from clients and customers.
  • Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services and guide them for execution of self-service options.
  • Identify work process improvements and communicate with Team Leaders and/or Managers.
  • Demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality – Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Requirements:
  • Individuals with excellent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (Both spoken and written)
  • Experience in customer service roles is desirable, but NOT a must.
  • Past working experience in contact/call center preferred, but NOT a must.
  • Candidate must possess a minimum of SPM (Result MUST be Credit in both English & Bahasa Malaysia, Pass in Mathematics), Diploma or higher, in any field with high proficiency in required languages.
  • Highly skilled in emails, social media and online applications.
  • Personality traits – Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal focused.
  • Customer service skills – Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, immaculate telephone manners and communication skills.
  • Stress tolerance and able to work under pressured environment.
  • Able to work on 24/7 rotational shift basis and during weekends

  • 12 months fixed term contract – Renewable yearly (Performance based)
  • Renumeration: RM 1,700 - RM 2,000 (excluding allowance)
