Job Description:

 Job Responsibility 
  • Manage all compensation and benefits matters (Monthly payroll / Income Tax / KWSP/ SOCSO / EZ Form / Administrative of insurance matters / Filing of personnel files / Maternity register / Annual Leave record)
  • Manage Human Resource Planning, recruitment and selection, and assisting in developing, implementing, enforcing and reviewing Human Resource Policies and procedures (Handle disciplinary matters, including the issuance of show cause letter, verbal/written warning letters, the arrangement of Domestic Inquiry, issuance of dismissal letter, assist in the arrangement of retrenchment exercises, liaison with relevant authorities on industrial relation issues).
  • Manage all training and development matters (Orientation program/ performance appraisal/In house training / HRDF grants).
  • Industrial relation matters (Human Resource administration document related to employment, confirmation, resignation, transfer, secondments, internal promotion, termination etc/ sourcing and screening of candidates). 
  • Manage all related governmental department (Application on foreign workers / VISA application via foreign embassy/Prepare Commissioner for Oath's documents )
  • Responsible for office maintenance and housekeeping (lighting and fixtures, plumbing, office-cleaning, office security and alarm system, TMS system records, Monitoring security guards work and CCTV system)
Requirement:-
Candidates must have literacy in Mandarin due to communication with China/Hong Kong office.
