Job Description:

Sales Coordinator

-  Receive and process customer's orders.
-  Monitor / confirm raw material availability and follow-up on production schedule.
-  give instruction to purchasing to order local and additional raw materials.
-  Advice customer on delivery schedule and ensure that delivery is done
-  Attend to customers enquiry
-  Prepare report upon customers requirements.
-  Prepare delivery schedule.
-  Prepare sales forecast.

Job Requirements:

- Possess Minimum SPM/Diploma/Certificate in any field.
- Have own transportation
- Have 2 years working experience as Sales Coordinator in manufacturing 
  background.
- Computer Skills: MS OFFICE
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Self motivated and possess good interpersonal skills.
- Possess initiative to learn.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficient in English both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively work with a team.
- Relevant working experience is not a must.
- Can work overtime.
- Permanent Job.
- 5 Working days.
- Can start work immediately.
