Job Description:

Position: Technical Help Desk
Industry: IT in Banking
Location: Petaling Jaya (near LRT Taman Paramount)

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide remarkable customer service for escalated (Level 1) customer service calls and offer problem resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Online Banking, Comerica Central and Mobile Banking issues with emphasis on customer service; Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex computer issues with end users in a timely manner.
  • Understand concepts relating to computer networking (client/server).
  • Document customer interactions and issues in system database and spreadsheet format
Requirements: 
  1. Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or any equivalent 
  2. Prefer Fresh Graduate
  3. Wiling to learn and develop skills
  4. Office located near to LRT Taman Paramount 
  5. Normal Office Hour
