KOREAN NATIVE SPEAKING INDOOR CLIENT SERVICE JOB DESCRIPTION

KOREAN NATIVE SPEAKING INDOOR CLIENT SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Process incoming application and review required documents. 
- Verify the information on application and its supporting documents match that in the systems
- Contact client and financial advisor to verify or enquiry information 
- Process incoming changes request and verify required documents.
- Process general enquiry from client and financial advisor by writing or phone call. 
- Office clerical support
- Administrative and Projects support

The industry is insurance, but the offered role is “client services”. 
There are few phone calls, so you need to handle by writing more. 
Acknowledge the system and regulations of our company and juggle the information of each client. 

Since this is UK company, English is necessary. (but the clients are mainly Korean)
