Job Description:

  • To attend to all incoming calls appropriately and courteously
  • To handle basic enquiries, transfer of phone calls and take messages
  • To handle incoming mails/documents and distribute timely to other depts
  • To arrange outgoing mail either by dispatch/post/courier service
  • Positively represent the company in all interactions & to promote a positive impression to visitors & callers
  • To perform other ad-hoc roles as & when assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum education is SPM
  • At least 1 year of similar experience
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant personality
  • Computer literate
