Job Description:

1. To arrange and plan yearly Preventive Maintenance schedule upon confirmation of maintenance contracts.
2. To liaise with clients and suppliers on the schedule arrangement / breakdown calls.
3. To comply MOS, work permit and prepare warranty letter upon project handover.
4. Proactively, and professionally response and fulfil customers’ requests on maintenance service, via the phone and/or email.
5. To ensure on-time submission for all the service reports and filling.
6. Liaise with vendors and sub-contractors for support.
 
Requirements:-
  • Candidate must possess at least diploma or equivalent in any discipline.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
  • Initiative, self-motivated, creative, fast learner, meticulous, task-oriented, strong interpersonal relationships and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Experience in Service Desk workflow and help desk application would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in MS Office particularly Excel.
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
  • Willing to deal with ad-hoc work assigned by superior.
  • Based at USJ 1, Subang Jaya
