Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily task and meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) targets

  • Handle high volume of tickets and calls in an efficient, effective and friendly manner

  • Answer customer questions regarding account information, order status, return status, product information, policies, procedures, site navigation and payments

  • Makes a genuine effort to meet the needs of the customer and make their experience pleasant

  • Liaise with appropriate departments to resolve issues brought up by customer

  • Utilize available resources to efficiently handle customer requests

  • Providing excellent Customer Service
     

Requirements:

  • Prior experience within a retail or customer service environment preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including proper use of grammar and vocabulary.

  • Resilient character, possessing a high degree of patience and tolerance for stress.

  • Capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance based on the hours you selected or assigned.

  • Able to read and carry out various written instructions and follow oral instructions.

  • Good command of written and spoken English

  • Good command of written and spoken Mandarin is an added advantage

  • A secured high-speed Internet connection

  • Own computer/laptop and headset with microphone

  • Good typing speed (min 40 wpm)

  • Mandatory training will be provided at our office in Pudu, KL for 10 working days.

  • Can Start work immediately is an added advantage

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and customer focused

  • Flexibility to work split shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays

Remuneration
You will receive an hourly base pay plus monthly incentives based on performance.

 

Schedule:
Work for 15 hours per week, generally Monday – Friday between the hours of 6pm-8am, dependent on schedule.

 

Work At Home

It’s convenient, but it doesn’t work for everyone. Although you're home, your role is part of a virtual support center so you must be disciplined, available and resourceful to meet business demands. You’ll need a space free of distractions with a computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity (minimum Internet speeds of 2.0 Mbps upload and 5 Mbps download) in order to assist our customers.
