Job Purpose:
Perform driving service to Executive Director (and/or any other person as instructed by the Director) and maintain assigned vehicle(s) in good condition to ensure safe, timely transportation, and compliance with traffic rules and regulation.
  • Plan route and transport the Executive Directors (and/or any other person as instructed by the Executive Director) to ensure safe and timely transportation to destination.   
  • Perform simple maintenance work on the assigned vehicles, cleaning vehicle’s interior and exterior parts, setting schedule to send vehicle to automobile shops for repair and regular maintenance, conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle maintenance, reporting damage to ensure the vehicle is clean, free of damage and in rood worthy condition.    
  • Follow all safety measures while driving including observing speed limits, obey all traffic and road signs, avoiding dangerous behaviour such as answering to mobile phone to ensure safety of passenger(s) and full compliance with traffic rules and regulation.    
  • Present at all places punctually as may be stipulated or directed by the Executive Director all time during working hours, and on stand-by time slot as designated by on-call schedule.   
  • Perform all duties assigned honestly, diligently and professionally, as well as keeping passenger’s information strictly confidential at all time to maintain passenger confidence.    
  • Other duties as deemed necessary.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O”Level, any field.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field with clean driving records is required for this position.
  • Familiar with Klang Valley and Malaysia roads,  able to operate GPS and has knowledge of route planning.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and simple English.
  • Possess valid “Class D” driver’s license, clean traffic record and good driving skills.
  • Candidate should be positive, punctual, and responsible with good interpersonal, communication and time management skills. Must have "safety first" mindset. 
  • Candidate should be willing to work beyond official hours with overtime pay and travel to outstations when necessary.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice period is an added advantage.
  • Full-time permanent position(s) available.
