Restaurant Operations Manager (Chinese Restaurant)
To manage the restaurant to the established standards of excellence.
Overall supervision of the restaurant service team and close coordination with
the kitchen team.
Interacting and handling customers who have the highest expectations.
Minimum three years experience in reputable/established Chinese restaurant.
High standards of personal and professional discipline.
Alert, quick-thinking approach to problem-solving that is developed through
past work experience.
Good leadership skills.
Work best under pressure.
Fluent in oral and written Chinese and English.
Degree/diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
