- Provide general office administration support.
- Manage the inventory of general office supplies, maintaining office equipment and services through appropriate channel.
- Business travel arrangement (eg. flight booking, hotel etc.)
- Office licenses renewal.
- Other ad hoc task assigned from time to time.
- Minimum SPM
- With at least 2 years working experiences
- Fair communication skills (verbal & written) in B.Malaysia & English
- Able to work independently
- Resourceful and organized
- Preferably with SAP experience
